Continue Improving Groundbreaking

Oct. 02, 2025—The construction continues to progress with asphalt paving completed on the driveway. The parking area has been regraded and compacted to improve access, and railroad ties have been installed. Please click on View Gallery for additional updates.

At the same time, a garage door opener was installed in the Hall. We extend our sincere thanks to David and his team for generously donating their time and materials to support our temple.

ຕັກບາດ ບຸນພຣະທາດຫລວງ – Boun Phra thad Luang

Pra Thad Luang actually started life in the 1st century as a Hindu temple. In later years, Buddhist missionaries and monks from India visited the stupa—the monks were said to have brought a breastbone of Lord Buddha as a relic. The festival is the scene of Laos’s most important Buddhist festival, which is held during the full moon of the 12th lunar month.

All are welcome. This is for our community gathering and to observe Boun That Luang.

I think if the temple had more activities for the youth, it would encourage them to visit.
